Community Editor is a free desktop application and can be downloaded at http://www.bigbytetech.ca/CommunityEditor.aspx

It includes Smiley faces ,Foreground color, Background coloring, Text Formating, Spell Check and many more options.

Code Block insertion is also supported for various languages
